I would like to thank you for giving us this opportunity to be heard at the meeting “Azerbaijan is the meeting place of integration initiatives in Eurasia.” organized by the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Azerbaijan and the Eurasian Expert and Analytical Centre of Azerbaijan.

THE CONTINENT OF HUMANITY’S GREAT PROGRESS

Dear Friends,

Eurasia is not only the name of a geography.

Eurasia is the name of state-building, the continent of great empires.

Eurasia is the place of civilization accumulation of the ancient world.

Eurasia is the environment of humanity’s wisdom.

Eurasia is the founder of the New World in the face of the collapsing Atlantic system.

Eurasia is the address of the great breakthrough in front of humanity. 

WE ARE ALL SCYTHIANS

Dear Distinguished Friends,

A New World is being established. The world has entered the Eurasian Age. A new civilization is rising from Eurasia. We are the founders of the New World.

As Russian, Azerbaijani and Turkish vanguards of the rising Eurasian civilization, we have come together in this meaningful meeting. We all have our homeland. But Eurasia is our great homeland.  As citizens of that Great Homeland, we are all Scythians.

The great Russian poet Alexander Blok wrote his poem “The Scythians” a century ago, in 1918, but the Asian challenge is still relevant today. I read the first and last stanza with Asian dignity:

Millions are you – and hosts, yea hosts, are we,

And we shall fight if war you want, take heed.

Yes, we are Scythians – leafs of the Asian tree,

Our slanted eyes are bright aglow with greed.

To the old world goes out our last appeal:

To work and peace invite our warming fires.

Come to our hearth, join our festive meal.

Called by the strings of our Barbarian lyres.

WE ARE ALL ON THE FRONT LINE

Dear Friends,

We, We, Azerbaijani Turks, Russians, and Turkish Turks, are today on the front line of Eurasia. are today on the front line of Eurasia. Yesterday we had fought against the Atlantic system in Karabakh and we are on guard. Today we are fighting on the front of Ukraine. Additionally, we are fighting in the north of Syria and Iraq and we are on guard against the US barrels in the Eastern Mediterranean. Our Chinese friends are also ready to respond to any US aggression in the Taiwan Strait. 

Let me begin by talking about security because that is where the economy can only grow. For thousands of years, we Asians have guarded the Silk Road. Today, we are in charge of maintaining international peace as well as guarding energy routes.

TRIBUTE SYSTEM COLLAPSED

Dear Friends,

The so-called neoliberal economy of the West is collapsing. The USA had established an empire of extortion in the world after the II. World War. The US has been writing Dollars in green ink on paper and plundering the labor products of humanity. But now the reign of the dollar has come to an end.

Today, under the domination and threat of imperialist capitalism, humanity faces problems that cannot be solved by private property, private self-interest and selfishness. Capitalism is destroying not only nature but also human beings themselves. Only by challenging and overcoming the limits of capitalism can every developing society find a basis for life and progress.

EURASIA IS THE CULTURE OF HOPES

The world economy is now centered in Asia.

The world’s most industrious and talented labor force is in Asia.

The world’s great producer is Asia. Creativity and inventions called “innovation” are rising from Asia.

The world’s energy resources are in Asia, especially in Western Asia. 

Most importantly, Eurasia is the continent of hope and optimism. 

Eurasia is the geography of the great power that will establish the future of humanity.

The combined share of China, India, Russia, Central Asian countries, Vietnam, Türkiye, Azerbaijan and Iran in the growth of the world economy is 70 percent. The US and the EU together account for 16 percent. Asia’s contribution to growth is more than four times that of the Atlantic countries. Asia now leads the world in inventions and art.

A NEW CIVILIZATION

It is important to emphasize: The New World being established is not a new stage of the imperialist capitalist system, but a new civilization.

The New Civilization has a collectivist philosophy against individualism.

The New Civilization brings the public interest against private self-interest.

The New Civilization is a civilization of production created by labor, revolting against the interest-bearing system of world usury.

The New Civilization is being built with a mixed economy that combines public leadership and private enterprise on the basis of the nation’s interest.

The New Civilization is against religious and sectarian fundamentalism, ethnic separatism and terrorism, which are tools of imperialism. In this respect, it is worldly, secular and enlightened. 

The New Civilization is peaceful both at home and in the world, as it reins in imperialism and brings justice to international relations.

The name of the New Civilization is Eurasian Civilization.

Eurasian Civilization creates a peaceful world climate based on the independence, equality and mutual interest of states against imperialism and hegemonism, the last stage of capitalism.

The collapsed Atlantic civilization was based on exploitation, appropriation, plunder and the armed supremacy of a few great powers. 

The New Civilization is rising on the axis of Development by Sharing.

The New Civilization is founded on a program of national independence, humanism, production economy, populism, publicism, statism, planning, worldliness/enlightenment, democracy and revolutionism.

The founders of the New Civilization are the states rebelling against imperialism and the peoples who want to live humanely and freely.

The main force in this historical struggle is the national states that want independence. 

THE EURASIAN ECONOMY INTEGRATES EACH OTHER

Dear Friends,

The economies of the Eurasian states, the founders of the New World, complement each other. 

The Eurasian economy, with its natural resources, energy, industry, agriculture and skilled manpower, has the accumulated experience to lead the prosperity and enrichment of not only the peoples of Eurasia but also the whole humanity. 

We should expand and develop all continental and regional cooperation organizations established in Eurasia, especially the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. Türkiye and Azerbaijan, together with the Organization of Turkic States, will make a significant contribution to the unification and progress of Eurasia in friendship with Russia and China. 

WE DO NOT RESPECT US SANCTIONS

When we do not accept the embargoes, sanctions and interventions imposed by the hegemonic US against the Eurasian countries, the US itself will be sanctioned.

Russia, Azerbaijan and Türkiye, who met at this meeting, created a model that brought peace to the Caucasus during the Karabakh War. This model is a security model for our entire region from the Black Sea to the Eastern Mediterranean and the Strait of Hormuz. When Iran, Syria, Iraq and other countries of the region join the union we have created, we will have realized a very powerful breakthrough that will serve not only regional peace but also world peace. 

LET’S REMOVE THE WALLS BETWEEN OUR COUNTRIES

Moreover, it is time to extend this unity of our states to the field of economic cooperation. 

We need to remove the wall between our countries in all areas and free the circulation of labor, goods, capital, technology, culture and brotherhood.

As natural partners of the Belt and Road Initiative, together with the People’s Republic of China we can create the wealth that this road will bring to the world economy.

Together we can build and secure the roads connecting Russia, Türkiye and Azerbaijan to Asia and the West. 

We can make Türkiye a bridge for energy transportation between East and West.

THE GOLDEN OPPORTUNITIES

We do not recognize the US sanctions against Russia. We can turn these sanctions into a golden opportunity for Azerbaijan, Russia and Türkiye. As the Vatan Party, we have started important work with the Russian Federation on this issue.

Our proposals are as follows:

– We can make Istanbul and Baku an International Financial Center and neutralize the embargoes imposed on the movement of capital.

– We can organize a major initiative in the field of tourism.

– We can make Istanbul Airport and Azerbaijani airports the hubs of a transport network providing Russia’s air traffic with the whole world.

– We can open trade between our countries to new dimensions.  

– We can ensure the food security of our countries in agriculture and livestock products.

– We will make our defense industries capable of developing on a world scale.

– We ensure information security together. 

– We will realize human-oriented national breakthroughs in scientific research.

– We will build Asian Age Universities together and train the leading cadres of the 21st century.

– We can ensure the recognition of Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) and Abkhazia. 

– Recognizing the integration of Crimea and the Republics in the Donbass region with the Russian Federation is in the interest of our countries, all Eurasian countries and humanity.

– We can establish an exchange system with national currencies.

HUMANISM RISES FROM THE EAST

Dear Honorable Participants,

Tomorrow, the victory in the seven climates will belong to the Eurasian Civilization. Because Eurasian Civilization is the rebirth of Humanism in the East, betrayed by the West.

I greet you all with the self-confidence, determination and love for humanity of Asia and I offer my deepest respects.
