Vatan Party (Türkiye) Chairman Dr. Doğu Perinçek issued a press release saying that some madmen in Sweden tried to burn the Quran and the Swedish authorities allowed them. Perinçek said:
There were the witches of the European Middle Ages.
The fiends of today imperialism are the descendants of those witches. Their job is to burn truth, to burn civilization, to burn science, to burn human beings and now to burn humanity.
Those witches, those fiends, used to take the lovers of truth who had determined that the world was spherical and burn them on the pyre. Those witches declared women “sinners” and boiled them in witch cauldrons.
Hitler, their descendant, burned books. Now they are trying to burn the Holy Quran. They cannot burn it. The Holy Quran is not a piece of paper so that they can burn it.
The war on truth, the war on civilization, the war on humanity, the war on the oppressed nations and the war on human labor have reduced these imperialist fiends to the hell of war on all the sanctities of humanity. They are burning in the fire of their own making.
The Swedish Authorities have once again demonstrated the decadent West’s concept of “freedom” by allowing those who burned the Holy Quran. By this act, the Swedish government has earned the qualification to join NATO.
The freedom of imperialism is the freedom to burn the sacred of humanity. The freedom of imperialism is the freedom of enmity against humanity. The freedom of imperialism is the freedom to burn nation-states.
The freedom of imperialism is the freedom to divide nations. NATO is the organization of attack on humanity of those who tried to burn the Holy Quran.
